Zendure SuperBase Pro 2000

Main strength

Its 2096 Wh NMC and 2000 W normal output provide reserve without confusing this model with the LFP Pro 1500. Its approximate 21.2 kg weight requires transport planning.

Last documentary review

Official sources reviewed: 2026-10-13. Documented EU 220–240 V; setting and physical plug unverified We have not carried out physical tests.

Check my consumption →

Who it may suit

Assess AC loads within 2000 W and the exact European configuration. PVMax uses the AC input and prevents AC output during that charging mode; do not plan simultaneous supply without checking the mode.

When to look elsewhere

For sensitive, medical or intermittent loads, check continuity, UPS and actual settings before deciding. If you need simultaneous solar charging and AC supply, compare a configuration that explicitly permits it.

Main trade-off

AmpUp lowers voltage and does not turn the advertised 3000 W into normal output. USB shares limits and profiles are missing; the three DC5521 connectors cannot be assigned until their individual limits are documented.

What we know

Fields with documentation: nominal capacity, continuous AC power, weight, chemistry, AC sockets, number of USB ports, DC/USB output limits, solar input conditions. Each field retains its limits; this does not verify the whole model.

What needs checking

Not documented in this summary: Maximum solar input.

Your setup still needs checking: startup, cables, ports and simultaneous use, operating conditions and solar installation. The offer, package contents, final price and availability are checked separately.

Next step: check your consumption and appliance connections; nominal capacity alone does not establish compatibility.

How we assess options →
Connections: documented ports, voltages and limits ↓

Documented limits of the reviewed variant. Port power does not guarantee your appliance's protocol, cable or start-up. Shared groups limit the sum of loads.

Charging and power: conditions that change the decision ↓
Mains recharge of the whole battery
Charging verification pending. This is a manufacturer claim under its stated conditions, not our own measurement. It is not the time to replenish your daily consumption.
Solar input
XT60 solar: 12–60 Vmp, 10 A and 600 W; PVMax through the AC input: 60–160 Vmp, 11 A and 1800 W. Dual MPPT advertises 2400 W, not a single maximum for each connector. AC output is unavailable while charging through the AC input using PVMax: check the mode and simultaneous use before powering AC appliances. Peak sun hours describe equivalent energy, not clock hours at constant maximum power.
Start-up and special modes
Transient peak verification pending. Special modes may reduce voltage; they do not replace continuous power.
Power supply continuity
Transfer verification pending. An EPS/UPS function with interruption does not establish medical continuity or compatibility with all sensitive equipment.

What do watts and watt-hours represent?

The W describe power at a given moment; Whdescribe accumulated energy. Multiplying an appliance's power by its usage hours estimates energy: 100 W for 2 hours is 200 Wh consumed by the appliance. Losses mean the battery must supply more.

  • Phone or tablet: 15 W × 2 h = 30 Wh

Illustrative load; check charger and USB protocol.

  • Router: 12 W × 8 h = 96 Wh

Hypothetical constant power; confirm the power supply.

  • LED light: 10 W × 4 h = 40 Wh

Example of one light; add the others if used simultaneously.

  • Compressor fridge: 45 W × 4 h = 180 Wh

Four hours of compressor operation, not four clock hours or measured consumption.

Illustrative power and hours, not measurements of your appliances or verified runtime of this station. These Wh represent appliance consumption before losses. Check each appliance's port, voltage, protocol and start-up requirements.

Formulas and assumptions for the AC example ↓

In the example of 100 W for 2 hours, the battery would supply around 265 Wh: AC consumption ÷ 85% efficiency, plus 15 illustrative inverter watts over those two hours.With90% of the2096documented nominal Wh available, such a constant load would give approximately14.2 hours. Formula: capacity ×0.9 ÷ (100 ÷ 0.85 + 15).

Battery margin, losses and inverter consumption are planning assumptions, not measurements of this model. Temperature, ageing and variable consumption may change the result. Do not apply this AC example directly to USB or DC.

400 W of panels: generation and solar example ↓

This is nominal generation power. With 4 peak sun hours and 75% assumed solar efficiency, the example is 400 W × 4 PSH × 0.75 = 1200 Wh. This is energy equivalent to six uses of the 100 W, two-hour example before output losses, not six guaranteed uses.

This model's solar limit remains pending; we do not establish that it accepts those panels.Four PSH do not mean four clock hours at a constant 400 W. Voltage, current, connectors, accessories and actual conditions must be checked; clouds or an incompatible input will change the energy. This figure is not a whole-battery recharge time either.

Sources, documented fields and review date ↓

Model: EU SuperBase Pro 2000 NMC; excludes Pro 1500, SuperBase V and kits. Region: Documented EU 220–240 V; setting and physical plug unverified. Review date: 2026-10-13. Established fields: nominal capacity, continuous AC power, weight, chemistry, AC sockets, number of USB ports, DC/USB output limits, solar input conditions. This review does not establish price, stock, ASIN, warranty applicable to your purchase or physical testing.

Specific outstanding checks.

  • EU SuperBase Pro 2000: 2096 Wh Li-NMC and 2000 W total normal AC output, four European 220–240 V sockets. This is neither the LFP Pro 1500 nor SuperBase V. The 50/60 Hz setting, current configuration and physical plug remain unverified.
  • AmpUp advertises 3000 W appliances but maintains 2000 W output by lowering voltage; it requires app activation and does not work during bypass or recharging. It does not guarantee motors, starting loads or appliances requiring strict voltage, voltage protection or precision. The advertised 4000 W peak has no duration: startup power remains unverified.
  • USB-C1/2: up to 100 W each and a 5–20 V range; USB-C3/4: 20 W shared and a 5–12 V range. Protocols, versions and discrete voltage/current profiles remain unverified. Range endpoints are not negotiated profiles, and adding the maxima does not guarantee simultaneous output.
  • The 13.6 V/10 A car socket and three DC5521 connectors share 136 W total. Each DC5521 connector's individual current and power remain unverified: these three connectors cannot be assigned in this calculator. The car socket's 136 W limit does not permit adding other DC loads without counting them against the same group. Compatibility with a 12 V appliance is not guaranteed.
  • XT60 solar: 12–60 Vmp, 10 A and 600 W; PVMax through the AC input: 60–160 Vmp, 11 A and 1800 W. Dual MPPT advertises 2400 W, not a single maximum for each connector. AC output is unavailable while charging through the AC input using PVMax: check the mode and simultaneous use before powering AC appliances.
  • Permitted European Voc, Isc and the exact cable and adapter remain unverified. The 75/200 V Voc values in the HTML manual titled US are not transferred to the European unit; Vmp is not Voc. No solar installation is automatically approved.
  • The offline UPS advertises 13 ms, not 0 ms or a measured result. It requires grid power and the AC button on; the manufacturer recommends one appliance and avoiding several simultaneous loads. Bypass and UPS charging limits, server and workstation compatibility, medical/CPAP use and continuity remain unverified.
  • Main shutdown: the manual states one hour with a load below 25 W AND AC/DC buttons not on; with AC/DC on it describes standby. The US HTML describes another one-hour rule without AC/DC load: this discrepancy and current settings remain unresolved. Continuity for small or intermittent loads is not guaranteed; a dark screen does not mean the main power is off.
  • Sleep Mode reduces input power and turns off light/sounds; it requires the app and other changes disable it. App compatibility and the current version remain unverified; this does not guarantee permanent supply.
  • Applicable temperatures remain unresolved: discharge is −20–40 °C in the manual table versus −20–60 °C on the EU page, and charging is 0–40 versus 0–45 °C; the table's Fahrenheit conversions also disagree. Operation cannot be guaranteed using the wider range.
  • Approximate weight 21.2 kg; stated dimensions 446 × 276 × 352 mm without an explicit axis order. Cycles with retention, applicable warranty, exact recharge time, price, stock, ASIN, photo and reviews remain unverified.
  • AC input up to 1800 W adjustable in the app; the European circuit capacity and supplied cable remain unverified. Vehicle input states 12/24 V and 10 A with the engine running and no included cable: applicable power remains unverified; multiplication does not certify 240 W.
